New Mexico German shepherd was dying of sadness



In mid-September, a handsome, albeit underweight, German shepherd, was curled up and shut down inside of a stark kennel run at a rural animal control facility in New Mexico. The dog, whose true name and past are unknown, had lost hope at the facility and he appeared to be waiting for a sad fate. Stephanie, the founder of the rescue agency, drove 15 hours (each way) to save the downtrodden dog from losing his life.
